Similto is a conversational product discovery service that helps users find visually similar products through links, images, text descriptions, and multi-turn refinement. The service is operated at similto.com.
By accessing or using Similto, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Similto. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Similto uses Google OAuth for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We are not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Similto offers free and paid subscription tiers. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, tax compliance, and payment processing on our behalf.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time through the billing management link in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then.
Prices may change with reasonable notice. Any price change will apply from the next billing cycle after the notice period.
Because Similto is a digital service and usage begins immediately upon subscription, we generally do not offer refunds. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

Similto and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Similto and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product images and search results displayed through the service belong to their respective owners.
Images and text you submit are processed to provide search results and recommendations. We do not claim ownership of your content. Uploaded images are stored to enable the service functionality and may be deleted when no longer needed.
Similto is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that search results will be accurate, complete, or available at all times. Product availability, pricing, and information shown in search results are provided by third-party sources and may not be current.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Similto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We strive to keep Similto available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
