Digital Service — No Refunds

Similto is a digital service and access to paid features begins immediately upon subscription. Because of this, all purchases are final and we do not offer refunds.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing management link in your account. When you cancel:

  • You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Your account reverts to the free tier after the billing period ends

Try Before You Subscribe

Similto offers a free tier so you can explore the service before committing to a paid plan. We encourage you to use the free tier to evaluate whether Similto meets your needs.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and tax compliance. For billing inquiries, you can use the billing management link in your account or contact us.

Exceptions

In cases of technical issues that prevent you from using the service for an extended period, or duplicate charges caused by a billing error, please contact us and we will review your case individually.
